Course Details
Our course offers an all encompassing training course for fitness trainers

The velocity training program is a one and a half day training program with an assessment. It looks at bike set-up, pedalling technique, how to design a class and teaches all the tools essential to making your indoor cycling class a unique experience.

The course costs £150 per person or £995 for a group of 10. All attendees must have an equivalent NVQ level 2 in fitness or an ETM course in order to participate in this training course.
